Quel est le rôle de l'administrateur, Installations ou de l'administratrice, Installations?
Répondre rapidement aux demandes de renseignements des employés afin de respecter les délais prévus par les ententes de niveau de service
Effectuer fréquemment des inspections du site pour s'assurer de la sécurité et de la propreté des installations, ainsi que pour relever tous les éléments nécessitant des réparations
Offrir aux nouveaux membres du personnel un soutien immédiat (pour qu'ils puissent s'installer dans leur nouvel espace dès le premier jour, sachent comment utiliser une nouvelle chaise, puissent trouver leurs repères dans leur nouvel espace de bureau, etc.)
Offrir du service sur place aux employés pour les aider relativement à des demandes mineures : casier impossible à ouvrir, clés perdues, cartes d'accès, etc.
Gérer la planification pour tous les fournisseurs, notamment pour le Brew Centre, le nettoyage des tapis, la configuration des patios, Stericycle, etc.
Gérer toutes les commandes pour les besoins du siège social
S'assurer que les cuisines et les autres espaces de bureaux publics sont dotés des commodités requises
Être prêt, au besoin, à travailler la fin de semaine et après les heures normales de bureau lorsque les fournisseurs se présentent
Trier le courrier, les envois livrés par service de messagerie et les télécopies entrants et en assurer la livraison aux personnes, aux services et aux représentants appropriés
Offrir du soutien en matière d'indexation et d'imagerie, ce qui peut nécessiter des heures supplémentaires, y compris la fin de semaine à l'occasion
Compétences en matière de service à la clientèle, capacité de reconnaître les besoins et le point de vue des clients internes et externes et de répondre à ceux-ci
Minimum de deux ans d'expérience administrative et opérationnelle, préférablement dans le secteur des services financiers
Diplôme d'études postsecondaires dans le domaine des affaires
Solides compétences commerciales et techniques
Maîtrise des fonctions de l'ordinateur, y compris la suite Microsoft Office Expérience avec les outils ITSM, comme Remedy ou ServiceNow, souhaitable
