    Description

    Position Title:
    Director, Retail Sales

    Position Type:
    Regular - Full-Time

    The Retail Sales Director is a senior sales position at McCain Foods Canada.

    This role is responsible for leading some of our most strategic businesses and expanding our commercial relationships, and helping to develop our sales team.

    McCain Foods is looking for an experienced, ambitious individual to take on this role.

    Drive world-class customer stewardship and account management.
    Elevate selling capability, provide coaching and development, building an engaged, high performing team.
    Strategically work with the customer to understand their needs to create win-win sales propositions.
    Bachelor's Degree (Business Administration, Marketing, Statistics, and Economics or equivalent).
    ~8+ years of progressive experience in managing large retail accounts.
    ~ Sales strategy, Finance and/or Category management experience plus People management experience, preferably within the consumer packaged goods industry.
    ~ Ability to analyze data and information into actionable strategies and business recommendations.
    ~ Strong understanding of the retail environment for consumer packaged goods
    ~ Retail Sales, Marketing Insights, supply chain, etc.
    Job is primarily performed in a standard office environment
