    Architecte- Préventes de solutions Dynamics

    Montréal, Quebec Responsabilités
    Vous êtes un architecte de solutions qui connaît les applications Microsoft Dynamics 365 et Microsoft Power Platform. Vous avez une connaissance approfondie des applications Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations. Vous êtes un conseiller de confiance qui comprend les pratiques recommandées et les capacités logicielles.
    Vous êtes un professionnel Dynamics 365 qui conseille des parties prenantes et convertit les besoins métier en solutions sécurisées, scalables et fiables. Vous concevez des solutions cohérentes pour les clients, car vous savez comment travailler avec les composants architecturaux essentiels des applications Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations et aussi des outils de développement de MS Power Platform. Vous avez une grande connaissance d'un ou plusieurs segments verticaux. En outre, vous comprenez comment les décisions dans chaque domaine affectent la solution globale. Vous connaissez les domaines fonctionnels comme la finance et la gestion de la chaîne logistique.
    Vous possédez une certification Dynamics 365 en qualité d'Expert en architecture de solution pour les applications Dynamics 365 - Finance and Operations et/ou SCM:
  • Vous êtes responsable de la conception, de l'implémentation, du déploiement et de l'adoption d'une solution technologique globale au sein de l'entreprise.
  • Vous avez une expérience en tant que conseiller auprès d'organisations et d'équipes d'implémentation en vue d'affiner les besoins métier en solutions bien définies et rentables.
    • En tant qu'architecte de solutions Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O/SCM, vous aller:
  • Réaliser des architectures de solutions d'entreprise: Analyse d'écart entre les besoins exprimés par un client et les solutions technologiques actuelles. Audits de systèmes et d'applications existants. Modèles et architectures cibles avec les stratégies qui seront utilisées pour répondre aux exigences d'affaires et techniques de l'entreprise. Recommandations pour les technologies, les solutions à mettre en œuvre et l'élaboration d'une feuille de route.
  • Accompagner les clients dans leurs projets technologiques: Proposer des solutions en réponse aux objectifs et aux exigences d'affaires. Assurer que les solutions proposées respectent les normes et les orientations fixées par la feuille de route technologique. Garantir que les solutions prennent en charge la réutilisabilité, l'évolutivité et les meilleures pratiques d'architecture logicielle moderne.
  • Supporter les activités de prévente et ventes des solutions MS Dynamics 365 en: Dirigeant des ateliers de collecte de besoins et de conception afin de comprendre les exigences fonctionnelles et non fonctionnelles qui influenceront une architecture de solution proposée. Définissant une orientation technique et une architecture de solution qui répondront aux objectifs d'affaires du client. Dirigeant la création de démo ou de preuves de concept pour mettre en valeur une architecture proposée. Aidant les équipes de livraison à évaluer les efforts requis pour réaliser les solutions proposées.
  • Assurer une vigie technologique: Surveiller en permanence les nouvelles technologies et les tendances du marché. Gérer l'évaluation des nouvelles technologies, y compris les preuves de concept et la recherche. Élaborer des outils et des méthodologies qui appuient nos initiatives technologiques. Participer à des conférences et à des séminaires pour rester à la fine pointe de la technologie. Aider le groupe de marketing dans l'élaboration de contenu (articles, webinaires, conférences, site Web).

  • Autonomie et leadership.
  • Diplôme universitaire – Baccalauréat ou plus.
  • Minimum de 10 ans d'expérience dans la mise en œuvre d'applications logicielles.
  • Certification sur les solutions Dynamics 365 - F&O/SCM.
  • Capacité d'analyser et de résoudre des enjeux d'affaires et des problèmes techniques complexes en recommandant différentes alternatives.
  • Capacité à travailler en équipe avec d'excellentes aptitudes en relations interpersonnelles.
  • Autonomie et leadership.
  • Bonnes compétences en communication verbale et écrite.
  • Bilinguisme (français-anglais).
    • Responsibilities
    As a solution architect within the Engineering team, your responsibilities include:
  • Support Logient's pre-sales activities, including: Leading requirements gathering and design workshops to solicit the functional and non-functional requirements that will influence a proposed solution architecture. Identify the required expertise provided by Logient's business units needed to deliver solutions to our customers. Defining a technical orientation and solution architecture that will respond to a customer's business objectives. Leading the creation of demos or proofs of concept to highlight a proposed architecture. Assist the delivery teams in evaluating the efforts required to deliver proposed solutions. Participate in the RFP/RFI process by being responsible for the design of technological solutions.
  • Supporting our business units in their technological initiatives and projects. This includes: Supporting teams in their technical work, helping to raise the overall technical competency of Logient. Evaluating the proposed solutions presented by the team in response to client's business objectives and requirements. Ensuring that the proposed solutions respect the standards and guidelines set by Logient's technological roadmap. Ensuring that proposed solutions support reusability, scalability, and modern software architecture best practices Designing and assisting in the development of the tools used by business units to deliver their projects. As required, participating in the design and analysis phases of a project, supporting the business unit.
  • Working within the Engineering strategic unit you will: Continuously monitor new technologies and market trends. Manage the evaluation of new technologies, including leading proofs of concept and research. Develop tools and methodologies that support our technological initiatives. Participate in conferences and seminars to stay on the cutting edge of technology. Assist the marketing group in the development of content (articles, webinars, web site).
  • Participate in architectural and technological projects: Provide a gap analysis between the needs expressed by a customer and their current technological solutions. Audits of existing systems and applications, both for customers and internally. Design models and target architectures as well as defining the strategies behind the technologies that will be used to meet projects' requirements. Provide recommendations for technologies and solutions for business objectives. Technical consulting
    • Required skills
  • Experience with one or more of Logient's primary technology stacks (Java, .Net, NodeJS or PHP).
  • Experience with cloud solutions and services, Azure, Amazon, Google.
  • Experience with both relational and non-relational databases.
  • Experience with front-end technologies (JavaScript, Typescript, VueJS, React, React Native).
  • Experience with mobile technologies.
  • Knowledge of Domain Driven Design and SOLID principles.
  • Knowledge of design patterns, as well as a n-tier, micro-services and serverless architectures.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
  • Experience with design and modelling tools.

  • Autonomy and leadership.
  • University degree – Bachelor's degree or greater.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the development of software and applications.
  • Experience with the Microsoft D365 family of products (ERP & CRM) or one of the D365 products, preferably Finance and/or Supply Chain.
  • Strong involvement in the development community.
  • Ability to analyse and solve complex technical problems by recommending different alternatives.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Autonomy and leadership.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bilingualism (French-English).
