As a health and wellness organization, the First Nations Health Authority has aligned with the Provincial Public Health Order released on October 14, 2021. We have a mandatory COVID-19 vaccination policy for all employees at First Nations Health Authority. This policy requires all employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. If selected for employment, you will be required to provide proof of vaccination by providing a copy of your BC Vaccination Card Passport with the QR code.

This is your chance to join a remarkable and dynamic team in the Human Resources Department.

You will have the chance to contribute to a variety of HR projects to support the success of Learning and Talent Management functions at First Nations Health Authority.


You will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in a fast paced, high functioning HR environment where you will attend team meetings, collaborate with staff and work on meaningful projects that will help have an impact on the work we do.

In addition, you will enhance your understanding of First Nations' culture and traditions, and FNHA's role in improving health outcomes for First Nations people in BC.


Qualifications:


Education & Experience

  • Recent completion or current enrollment in an undergraduate program specific to Human Resources and/or Business Administration, or other relevant undergraduate level program work.
  • Relevant and recent experience in research and analysis, ideally in Human Resources, healthcare and/or First Nations organizations.
  • Must work at an advanced level with PC and Microsoft tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Advanced experience composing a range of documents and summarizing data in a report format with metrics.
