    Description

    As a Financial Transformation Consultant, you would be responsible for helping companies review and improve their financial processes to achieve specific goals.


    You will help the company transform their finance function to become a more effective partner and by providing them with change management guidance, creating insights to support strategic decisions, mitigating risk, and driving efficiency through technology innovation, processes, and reporting.

    Responsibilities

    • Evaluate the company's existing financial processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
    • Develop and implement financial transformation strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize cash flow.
    • Collaborate with finance and operations teams to ensure the successful implementation of transformation initiatives.
    • Provide strategic advice and recommendations to leaders and stakeholders on financial best practices.
    • Develop tools and processes to track and measure the progress of financial transformation.
    Qualifications

    • University degree in finance, accounting or related field, a CPA or CFA certification would be an asset.
    • Proven experience in the field of corporate finance and project management.
    • Mastery of financial management and planning IT tools.
    • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
    • Ability to analyze financial data and make strategic recommendations.
    • Knowledge of current accounting and regulatory standards.
    • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Visio) and SharePoint.
