    Your day will look like this:

  • Deliver technical service with courtesy and diligence to meet customer expectations.
  • Offer replacement solutions to ensure system functionality despite equipment failure.
  • Listen to and understand customers' needs.
  • Identify and investigate problems on-site.
  • Present solutions to clients and provide technical support on-site and over the phone.
  • Document work performed and update internal documentation accordingly.
  • Answer technical questions and write reports on work execution.
  • Provide recommendations, perform maintenance, and parts replacement.
  • Develop strong business relationships and act as a strategic advisor to customers.
  • Proactively ensure customer satisfaction and collaborate with stakeholders to provide excellent service.

    • Your profile:

  • Hold a DEC or DEP in electronics, electronic engineering, or equivalent.
  • Possess over 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Have a basic knowledge of home automation systems (Crestron, AMX), videoconferencing systems (Poly, Cisco, Zoom, Teams, Logitech), lighting systems (DMX, LightJockey, ETC, Strand), and digital audio processing systems (SymNet, Soundweb, Biamp , QSC, Boss);
  • Knowledge of consumer and commercial sound, video, and lighting equipment.
  • Familiarity with home automation, videoconferencing, lighting, and digital audio processing systems.
  • Understanding of networking and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Flexibility for varied work schedules and heights training (an asset).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client interaction.
  • Commitment to excellent customer service and teamwork.
  • Effective priority management, meeting deadlines under pressure.
  • Demonstrated autonomy and resourcefulness in problem-solving with limited information.
  • Must have a valid driver's license in order to use the company vehicle.
