    POSITION SUMMARY

    Joining our New Product Development (NDP) team, you will play a crucial role in managing mechanical product development activities for our bus platform. Your responsibilities will include overseeing engineering team members, ensuring timely task completion, and collaborating with other departments for project alignment and success.

    WHAT YOU WILL DO:

    • Strategize and execute innovative mechanical technology integration
    • Supervise mechanical development activities to enhance product lines
    • Plan, distribute, and manage project workloads efficiently
    • Review engineering designs and create business plans for technology advancement
    • Participate in engineering activities, design reviews, and personnel management
    • Facilitate communication and coordination with other engineering groups and departments
    • Provide support to production, quality assurance, customer service, and other departments as needed
    • Interact with vendors and customers on design-related matters
    • Attend senior engineering meetings and fulfill other assigned duties

    WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

    • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
    • Demonstrated leadership and project management skills
    • Experience in mechanical design and testing
    • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
    • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
    • Self-motivated with a high level of initiative
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Unigraphics, Oracle, and other related software
