    We're looking for a highly motivated Technical Program Manager to work with our B2B division.

    This role will help lead complex software and system development projects through the entire lifecycle—from requirements definition to production deployment.

    • Work together with the global TPM team to manage large scale program that requires strong program management, risk management, and problem-solving skills
    Understand the system's functional and non‐functional requirements, plan and execute projects, ensure that teams have appropriate product and technical specifications, direction, and resources to deliver products effectively by establishing realistic estimates for timelines while ensuring that projects remain on target to meet deadlines
    Identify problems and improvement opportunities in engineering practices, processes, and project organization, manage the change impact and communicate to stakeholders to get buy in of changes and enforce accepted changes
    Use data and requirements to help improve vision and suggest service improvements
    Manage issues, risks and escalations, and own the work to solve problems and remove blockers
    Provide visibility and transparency to project status, issues, schedule and manage project deliverables
    Adopt Scrum methodology and Agile practices and conduct scrum meetings when necessary
    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field
    Minimum of 5+ years' experience as a Scrum Master, Project Manager, or Technical Program Manager for software or system projects, preferably in complex multi-site working environment
    Previous software engineering experience with solid understanding of the full SDLC preferred
    would be an asset
    A record of successful delivery of software applications
    Experience of working with remote teams to delivery software product together
    Ability to successfully work under tight project deadlines
