    Description

    A general contractor with presence across Canada is looking to bring a Senior Project Manager to their team. You will be managing ICI construction projects as well as acting as a mentor to the existing project team.

    ABOUT OUR CLIENT

    With 75+ years of experience in building industrial, commercial, and institutional construction projects across Canada, this general contractor has established themselves as a reputable, innovative, and trusted construction company. In addition to their presence in Canada, they have operated internationally on large ICI projects.

    ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

    In this role, you will be managing ICI project as well as mentoring and guiding the existing project team. This opportunity is ideal for someone with diverse ICI construction project experience.

    ABOUT THE POSITION

    In this role, you will be reporting directly to the Director of Construction and will be managing the operations of your projects. You will be managing ICI projects through from planning to completion and overseeing the project team.

    THE REQUIREMENTS

    • 5+ years experience as a Project Manager on ICI (industrial, commercial, institutional), projects.
    • Post-secondary education in construction or engineering.
    • LEED is an asset.
    • Construction software experience (MS Project and Procore are assets).

    COMPENSATION

    • Salary: up to $140,000.
    • Discretionary Bonus.
    • Medical and Dental Benefits.
    • Health and Wellness spending accounts.
    • 4% RRSP Matching.
