    Description

    Job Duties

    :
  • Provides customers with thorough explanation of aftermarket products, including GAP insurance, warranties, and other protections.
  • Submitting applications and obtaining approvals from finance sources in a timely manner.
  • Establish and maintain good working relationships with several financial institutions and representatives.
  • Building an online pre-approval process with the General Manager.
  • Consistent performance month over month and attaining all back-end goals that ae set out by the management team.
  • Creates and maintains good relations with guests.
  • Maintains a professional appearance at all times.
  • Maintains high ethical standards in all actions - ensuring all customers are treated respectfully, and all transactions are completed to the highest standards.
  • Performs other administrative duties, as assigned by the General Manager.
  • Assist in other areas of growth within the dealership as they come up.
  • Other duties as required.

    • What We Look For:

  • Previous Automotive Prime and Non-Prime Finance office experience is required.
  • Valid OMVIC license.
  • Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
  • Results-oriented while maintaining full accountability and transparency.
  • Ability to read, understand and calculate banking figures such as discounts, interest rates, percentages and commissions etc.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and financial institutions.
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure with simultaneous deadlines.
  • Coach and train sales team members on the benefits of financing, insurance and all after-sales options.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Outlook and Word is required.
  • A desire to achieve the very best in customer service and teamwork.
