- Process all buy & sell transactions in our employee stock purchase program, maintain stock registers, documentation, and related reporting
- Oversee day-to-day investor communications
- Support the CFO in the preparation of material for Investor meetings & communications
- Coordinate and support the annual company valuation processes
- Prepare ad-hoc reports and analysis and related duties as assigned
- Collaborate with our FP&A team on 1) Monthly Corporate Key Performance Indicator Reports and 2) Monthly cashflow, cash forecasts and trends
- Administer our internal stock purchase financing program
- Preparation of lending margins reports
- University degree, majoring in business and/or finance
- Experience with company valuations and securities/investments would be an asset
- Proven ability to setup and manage complex processes
- Able to maintain a high level of professionalism, accuracy, confidentiality, and work with all levels of internal stakeholders and external partners
- Self-motivation with a passion to learn and embrace new challenges
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Outlook and advanced Excel functions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, the ability to prioritize effectively, meet deadlines and deliver outstanding client service

We are seeking an Employee Share Plan Administrator for the Head Office in Kelowna, BC. This is a new full-time position requiring 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with some flexibility in start and end times. This position will report to our Chief Financial Officer and work closely with our Director, Financial Reporting and Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis.
