    Description

    What You'll Do

  • Be a key member of our growing Alberta stormwater team
  • Pursue client relationships and competitive opportunities and lead diverse and innovative project teams
  • Be responsible for managing the project delivery on a wide range of stormwater and water resources planning and design projects, including stormwater models and management plans, low impact development design, flood assessment and management plans, and others
  • Identify client needs and project opportunities and collaborate with clients on suiting project delivery to their specific objectives and situations
  • Mentor and provide technical guidance to intermediate and junior team members

    • What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in civil engineering or related engineering program;
  • A professional engineer registration with APEGA;
  • Minimum of 15+years related work experience;
  • Experience with project and client management;
  • Experience with doing and leading a wide range of stormwater/water resources planning and design work
  • Demonstrated leadership skills;
  • Client networking and business development experience is an asset;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written) and ability to work with multiple levels of team members in a multi-disciplinary environment
