The Fitness Leader is responsible for delivering quality, values based , Fitness programming to a diverse membership. Plan, organize and deliver fitness programs and services. Deliver service friendly, fitness programming. Monitor and maintain high quality instruction and customer service, adhering to YMCA SAM Standards and b est practices.
Assist and work with the Duty Manager in the event of an emergency or building evacuation.
Demonstrate strong support and commitment to serving the membership, facility users and all program participants of the YMCA of Simcoe/Muskoka.
Nationally recognized group fitness certification (Can Fit Pro or YMCA etc.)Experience Instructing fitness classes
Computer Literate/Systems Management
Willingness to participate in mandated training to be completed before or shortly after commencement of work including:
AODA Training
Health & Safety Awareness Training
