- Development of Communication Strategies: Creating detailed communication plans that are in line with the organization's objectives and goals.
- Identification of target audiences, crafting key messages, and selecting suitable communication channels.
- Managing Content Creation & Presentations: Handling the development of materials for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), new project introductions, project updates, and more.
- Supervising the production and dissemination of various communication materials, including writing, editing, and reviewing content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with business goals.
- Establishing internal communications and devising strategies to improve communication processes within the organization, ensuring that employees are well-informed about business updates and initiatives. This may involve creating employee newsletters or overseeing internal communication platforms.
- Collaborating with different business divisions within the organization to guarantee alignment and integration of initiative endeavors.
- Over 7 years of experience in Communications or Technical Writing roles.
- Demonstrated expertise in technical writing and experience in producing materials such as QBRs, PowerPoint presentations, newsletters, etc.
- Proficiency in content design and the ability to work with Microsoft Suites.
- Capability to meet and work with multiple teams within the business line to gather necessary information.
- Excellent time management and project management abilities.
