    Our Sales team plays a crucial role in our growth. As the outward-facing representative of Arivano's brand, our Account Managers interact daily with our valued customers, revolutionizing the way they approach marketing and advertising. We move fast, take risks, and pride ourselves on staying flexible, fun, and fiercely committed to executing each day.     Responsibilities:

    - Aggressively research, develop, and cultivate new business in your territory, while deepening relationships with existing customers

    - Conduct selling activities on a face-to-face basis, meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals

    - Qualify prospective clients by phone and close deals in person, utilizing consultative sales skills to assess merchant goals and propose customized packages

    - Focus on new business development primarily in the Construction, Fashion, Beauty, and Food industries, creating go-to-market strategies to drive revenue and results for customers

    Required Skills/Experience:

    - +3 years of relevant sales experience in cold calling and new business generation

    - Dynamic personality with the ability to influence and persuade internal and external stakeholders

    - Passion for selling online advertising and direct marketing, with sales/business development experience in the Construction, Fashion, Beauty, and Food industries being a plus

    - Technical savvy is a must to succeed in this role, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-activity sales environment

    - Good knowledge of social media and digital marketing

    Additionally, the ideal candidate will:

    - Have agency experience in Canada and the US

    - Hold a degree in Marketing, Business, or a Sales certificate

    - Be able to create customized strategies and presentations to present personalized marketing plans to owners
