    Description

    PAL Technical Services is a leader in international aerospace and defense design, development and operation of airborne surveillance aircraft, line maintenance, heavy maintenance checks and modifications. We provide a wide range of aviation and related services to domestic and international markets.

    PAL Technical Services is currently seeking a Field Service Representative to join our team.

    Location – Various (travel required).

    Job Duties:

  • In the role of FSR you will be company representative and point of contact for all aspects of PAL's outsourced or remote programs.
  • Providing guidance and decision making for vendors as it relates to various programs, PAL's FSR will provide technical support and support the resolution of complex aircraft technical issues.
  • Ensure all best practices and regulatory requirements are met for all PAL aircraft and or equipment.
  • Serve as the liaison between PAL and its vendors and ensure clear communication and decision making as it pertains to PAL programs.
  • Provide factual, concise, and relevant reports to stakeholders for PAL and its vendors.
  • Support the maintenance of program budgets and timelines for all outsourced work.

    • Skill Requirements:

  • AME License with minimum of 10 years experience.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Able to lead a team.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Excellent people skills such as active listening and conflict management.
  • Have strong project management skills.
