    Account Executive

    Your main focus will be on boosting sales through strategic prospecting, consultative selling, and relationship building.
    This position is great for sales professionals with a strong history of surpassing targets and building long-term client relationships.

    Responsibilities:
    - Aggressively pursue new business opportunities and surpass revenue targets in the executive search market.
    - Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to enter target industries and verticals, utilizing market insights and competitive analysis to drive growth.
    - Identify and connect with key decision-makers and stakeholders at potential client organizations, effectively presenting our value proposition and service offerings.
    - Lead the complete sales process, from prospecting and generating leads to negotiating contracts and closing deals, showcasing strong sales acumen and deal-making skills.
    - Collaborate with internal teams to customize solutions and proposals to meet client requirements, ensuring alignment between client expectations and service delivery capabilities.
    - Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities, monitoring sales activities and progress using CRM tools and systems.
    - Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and client needs, continuously adjusting sales strategies to take advantage of emerging opportunities.

    Requirements:
    - Demonstrate a results-oriented mindset and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a competitive professional environment.
    - Possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers at all levels.
    - Thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure sales environment, showing resilience and adaptability in overcoming challenges and objections.
    - Minimum of 3 years' experience in Executive Search, Recruiting, Talent Management, or professional services. Candidates with a strong track record in B2B sales will also be considered.
    - Showcase strong negotiation skills, business acumen, and the ability to close complex deals with multiple stakeholders.
    - Exhibit proficiency in CRM systems, sales automation tools, and Microsoft Office suite.
    - Maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct in all sales activities and client interactions.
