- Pursue new business aggressively and surpass revenue targets in executive search.
- Develop and execute a sales plan to enter target industries, supported by market insights and competitive analysis.
- Identify key decision-makers at potential clients, articulating our value proposition effectively.
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation.
- Work with internal teams to customize solutions and proposals for clients.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of leads and track sales activities using CRM tools.
- Adapt sales strategies to industry trends and client needs.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Executive Search, Recruiting, Talent Management, or related fields.
- Proven ability to exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Experience in B2B sales is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, sales tools, and Microsoft Office.
