- Study shop drawings and WO's to execute work
- Set up Biesse CNC snd Skipper machine
- Input program files in the machine and feed with materials
- Review work order material requirements and request materials
- Run CNC programs on the biesse machines and execute parts as required to complete work orders
- Perform periodic qualitycontrol checks on production parts and report any irregularities
- Supervise the process and make sure that everything runs according to the settings
Preffered assets:
- Minimum High school diploma or equivalent qulification required
- Certificate or diploma in engineering is an advantage
- 3 Years experience as a CNC Machine Operator
- Expierience operating Wood CNC Machines
- Experience working with AutoCAD files and CNC router programming
- Good knowledge of quality controls and occupational safety standards
- Ability to translate shop drawings and engineering documents
- Great attention to detail, accuracy
- Ability to learn
- Ontime and dependable
- Must be able to communicate and work well with others in a fastpaced work environment
