    Description

    We are searching for a transaction coordinator to assist our real estate team. You'll manage all administrative aspects of the transaction from contract to close, including providing assistance with document compliance, inputting/editing/printing trades, account deposits, cheque distribution, commission follow-up, and monthly bill payments. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organization skills, and love working with people.     Compensation:

    $45,000 - $50,000 annually

    Responsibilities:
    • Check each document to verify it has all the correct signatures and dates so the transaction process goes smoothly
    • Input trades into LoneWolf system and send out for signature using DocuSign
    • Manage all incoming/outgoing commission payments
    • Follow up on outstanding items from realtors and/or co-operating brokerage
    • Train realtors on how to upload their documents to the brokerage for processing
    • Complete bank deposits
    • Issue deposit receipts
    • Maintain filing system
    Qualifications:
    • Passionate about providing excellent customer service
    • Must have excellent organizational skills and communication skills
