- Manage schedules and timelines as prioritized by the SVP for completion of tasks related to transaction activities.
- Prepare and analyze data for strategic review by the SVP and other Executives.
- Coordinate transactions, ensuring that the due diligence is completed in an accurate and timely manner.
- Coordinate internal kick-off meeting and due diligence or financing inspections.
- Source third party due diligence proposals.
- Update financial models with due diligence findings.
- Obtain all necessary signatures on proposals and other necessary documentation.
- Provide executed proposals to finance for processing and closing statement.
- Ensure that third party reports are received before the prescribed deadline(s).
- Assist with the review of third party reporting and preparation of due diligence summaries and reporting.
- Receive and manage invoices to be paid upon closing.
- Prepare the due diligence roll-up and binder.
- Coordinate internal take-over meeting with Asset Management to review and communicate items of the final due diligence
- Coordinate due diligence tours and all respective third party consultants.
- Regular updates with the investments team and President on deal status.
- Ensure compliance with all obligations and covenants.
- Ensure all post closing undertakings are finalized and completed.
- Ensure seamless handover with finance and asset management.
- Coordinate post closing debriefs and Vendor undertakings.
- Help to develop processes and best practices.
- Prepare and populate closing checklists.
- Other initiatives as required.
- 1 – 3 years work experience in a coordination or project management position.
- Bachelor's degree in commerce, Finance or similar education.
- Client focused and strong relationship building and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to obtain results in a fast paced environment.
- Able to handle multiple demands, execute complex and dynamic processes, and manage tight deadlines.
- Able to develop and sustain cooperative working relationships, professional and flexible.
- Strong communications skills.
- Strong computer skills with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Experience in real estate, multi-residential sector an asset.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Overtime as required.

Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Investment Transactions (SVP), the Investment Transactions Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of the transaction processes, reviewing third party reports and managing investment initiatives. Duties include managing special projects, updating documentation, liaising with stakeholders, providing input into underwriting models and closing out transaction files.
