    Description:

    Sous la supervision du superviseur de la qualité, l'inspecteur de la qualité effectuera des inspections visuelles de diverses pièces. Il sera amené à communiquer avec les différents départements et employés.

    Rôle et responsabilités :

    • Effectuer des évaluations régulières de la qualité de tous les matériaux entrants en provenance des fournisseurs et des produits sortants pour l'expédition.
    • Lire les plans et les spécifications pour comprendre les exigences des produits et des services.
    • Mesurer les dimensions des produits, examiner leur fonctionnalité et comparer le produit final aux spécifications.
    • Rejeter tous les produits et matériaux qui ne répondent pas aux attentes en matière de qualité.
    • Recommander des améliorations au processus de production afin de garantir le contrôle de la qualité.
    • Documenter les résultats des inspections en rédigeant des rapports détaillés et des fiches de performance.
    • Informer l'équipe de production des problèmes liés au contrôle de la qualité et assurer un suivi afin d'améliorer l'excellence du produit.
    • Résoudre les problèmes liés à la qualité en temps opportun.

    Salaire : 23.00 CAD / heure

    Quarts : Quart de jour (7:00 -15:30) & de soir (15:30 - 00:00) - Du lundi au vendredi

    Description:

    Under the supervision of the Quality Supervisor, the Quality Inspector will perform visual inspections of various parts. He will be required to communicate with various departments and employees.

    Role & Responsabilities :

    • Perform regular quality assessments on all incoming materials from vendors and outgoing products for shipping.
    • Read blueprints and specifications to understand the requirements of products and services.
    • Measure product dimensions, examine functionality, and compare the final product to the specifications.
    • Reject all products and materials that fail to meet quality expectations.
    • Recommend improvements to the production process to ensure quality control.
    • Document inspection outcomes by completing detailed reports and performance records.
    • Inform and follow up with production team about quality control concerns to improve product excellence.
    • Resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner.

    Pay Rate : 23.00 CAD / hour

    Shifts : Day (7:00 am - 3:30 pm) & Evening (3:30 pm - 00:00 am) - Monday to Friday
