    Description

    Our client in the retail sector is seeking a dedicated Store Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and develop a passionate team while ensuring exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Set and achieve key performance indicators including gross profit percentage, inventory levels, sales targets, and labor costs.
    • Manage inventory effectively and ensure accurate pricing and receipt of goods.
    • Maintain store cleanliness, uphold customer service standards, and create attractive merchandise displays.
    • Supervise and develop associates, providing coaching and training as needed.
    • Conduct daily transactions, reconcile reports, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations.
    • Perform preventive maintenance on equipment to minimize breakdowns and costs.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications & Skills:

    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Minimum 2 years of retail management experience.
    • Proficiency in English and basic math skills.
    • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work with technology and perform physical tasks.
    • Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
