    As a member of our human resources team, you'll play a vital role in shaping and supporting the employee experience, ensuring it reflects Petcurean's culture and values.

    As a key member of our leadership team, you'll serve as our people capital expert, driving initiatives to support our current business objectives and future development goals through leading HR practices.

    You'll use your experience to lead our top-notch people-centric programs, acting as a trusted partner, influencing adoption and implementation across the company.

    # Your excellent communication skills will come in handy to effectively convey HR initiatives, policies, and recommendations to diverse audiences and influence decision-making at all levels of the company.
    # You have a track record as a respected leader in a culture-forward company, you've created differentiated employee experience, and you back that up with a degree in HR or Business. You have at least fifteen years of experience building programs and processes across a broad spectrum of HR functions.
