    Description

    I'm appealing to all Senior Human Resources professionals who love outdoor activities, and who would like to work for a company that celebrates the outdoors as much as you do.

    We've partnered with our client in the Hospitality/Tourism industry in their search for a Director of Human Resources. Provide leadership and strategic guidance on HR policies and programs.
    # Plan, develop, and implement organizational change, recruitment, onboarding, HRIS, job evaluation, compensation, training and development, performance management, employee relations.
    # Ensure compliance across the board (employment law, government policy, legal, legislative etc.)
    # Analyze training needs, including health and safety.

    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, or related field required (CPHR an asset).
    ~10+ Year' experience (hospitality, tourism, or outdoor recreation an asset).
    ~ Solid leadership experience.
    ~ Experience conducting training for large teams.
