We're seeking a positive, personable customer service representative for a rewarding career opportunity You'll connect with new people, tackle tough problems, and raise the bar on an excellent customer experience.

Compensation:

$640 - $1,000 per week

Responsibilities:

Answering incoming calls in a timely and friendly manner, following the company scripts provided
Booking sales appointments, and service appointments for both commercial and residential customers, ensuring all information is accurate
Maintaining customer profiles ensuring they are accurate
Greet customers coming into the showroom
Participate in administrative tasks

Qualifications:

Demonstrate excellent telephone demeanor and ability to accurately book appointments and obtain information
Proficient with computers
Proficient with Google Workspace and Microsoft
Must possess exemplary interpersonal skills, communication skills, and active listening skills
Demonstrate a pleasant, friendly, and professional manner
Organizational ability and attention to detail
Understanding of Ontario's geographical areas
Ability to take ownership of problems with a positive attitude
Ability to remain calm and focused under all circumstances to deliver exceptional service to customers
Ability to work independently
Ability to work in a team environment to achieve common goals
Must have graduated high school, received a G.E. D or equivalent
