Job Description:

As an Account Receivables and Credit Analyst, you will report directly to AR Credit supervisor and will be a part of the AR team.

This team is part of AIM's Finance Shared Services.

Your main responsibility will be to release credit orders in our operations system, maintain a collections portfolio and perform credit analysis for customers.

Analyse, follow up and collect past due accounts;
Reconcile customer accounts

Qualifications:

DEP in accounting;
2 years in a similar position;
Experience in accounts receivables, account collection and credit;
Bilingual, French and English _Must be able to have professional discussions with people in Ontario and the U.S._;
Good communication and teamwork skills
Good organizational skills and ability to handle high volumes of transactions;
Knowledge of Grope Echo and D&B (an asset)

Additional Information

Fulltime, permanent position;
Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
