Westvac Industrial Ltd is a municipal and industrial dealership that has been in operation since 1997.With a head office in Acheson AB, the company has expanded covering all of Western Canada with branch offices in Saskatoon SK, Calgary AB, and Surrey BC.
Westvac has three divisions carrying an extensive product line, including heavy duty lifts, automotive lifts, wheel servicing equipment, Hydro-excavators, Street Sweepers, Garbage Trucks, Fire Apparatus and a variety of other equipment.
Service Writer, Parts & Admin Support - Calgary AB
Westvac Industrial Ltd.
is currently looking for an organized, detail oriented, results-focused Front Desk and Administrative Support person for our Calgary office who can multitask and adapt to shifting priorities.
This position will be based out of our Calgary office, working with our team to support customers within Southern and Central Alberta.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls and take messages in a professional manner
- Coordinate and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Manage office supply orders, and office equipment
- Provide general office support such as filing, organizing, and data entry
- Service writing and invoicing customers
- Provide assistance and support to the Office Manager
- Miscellaneous daily tasks as needed
- Communicate with clientele in a professional and courteous manner on a daily basis
Qualifications/Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of Service Writing / Parts experience preferred
- Minimum 2 years of Administrative Support experience preferred
- Knowledge of the Heavy-Duty Industry would be considered a strong asset
- Customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent organizational, and time management skills
- Quick learner with the ability to problem solve, and work independently
- Attention to detail

Wages information
$25 - $30 Per Hour (Dependent on experience)
