We are looking for an individual who shares a passion for excellence in what they do and are genuinely driven to provide above and beyond service.

They are a critical member to contribute towards the development of key organizational short and long-term sustainability policies, targets and goals.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL?

A minimum of 24 years of real estate sustainability or environmental project management experience, exposure to multiresidential sector would be an asset
LEED AP, Certified Energy Manager (CEM), CMVP, or other relevant credentials would be considered an asset
Experience with global reporting frameworks such as GRESB would be an asset
Proven track record in building and maintaining effective working relationships and credibility with both internal and external parties
Strong knowledge of all building related systems including infrastructure and grounds
Solid understanding of provincial and federal regulations, codes, and legislative requirements
Must be a team player and customer service oriented
Demonstrated experience in managing projects, clients, service delivery, and timelines
Superior organizational, time management and multitasking skills
Possession of a valid driver's license required
Actively championing diversity and inclusion
