    Description

    Under the direction of the Food & Beverage management and supervisory team, this position is responsible for creating Great Experiences and Memories and a WOW factor for guests in 360 and beyond While buffet service is a more streamlined model of table service – the stellar Buffet Server actively seeks ways to CONNECT with guests and strives to exceed expectations while providing quality food and beverage service in high volume, fast paced area.

    Above all else, must embrace and be aligned with Casino Nova Scotia's culture and philosophy of providing outstanding entertainment experiences.

    Provides quality food and beverage service in a high volume area
    promotes contests, giveaways, concerts and; Ensures a WOW factor for buffet guests – takes buffet service to the next level
    Ensures compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations
    Embraces the Casino Nova Scotia culture and philosophy and has a playful, infectious and "all about the guest" attitude
    One year of food and beverage serving experience in either a bar or restaurant setting is an asset
    WHMIS training an asset
    Must be able to commit to offering casino guests the highest level of guest service
