    Over the past year alone, their dedication has been instrumentalin facilitating more than 41,000 sessions for Canadians, making significantstrides in enhancing mental health outcomes.

    Reporting to the Client Experience Manager, we're looking for apart time Care Coordinator to join our award-winning team within a rapidlyexpanding Canadian company, contributing to meaningful work that trulymakes a difference.

    Manage all incoming communications, including email, phone calls, andlive chats from clients, referral sources, and therapistsConduct client intake assessments via phone or video, build rapportwith potential clients, and guide them through meetings with multipletherapists until they find the right fit within our clinicProactively reach out to potential clients to ensure they receivetop-quality care, regardless of their client statusCoordinate the clinic's and therapists' schedules, monitorthe waitlist, and optimize appointment allocation for efficientschedulingEnsure all therapy sessions and consultations are scheduled, andaddress any scheduling issues promptlyManage video therapy rooms for seamless online sessions, includingadjustments and troubleshootingAssist therapists with administrative tasks to streamline clientcareGenerate regular reports and support data requests for clinicoperations and decision-makingDemonstrate empathy, possess clinical expertise, and handle challengingsituations effectively to deliver exceptional careSalary $50,000-$55,000 (pro-rated)

    Available Sunday-Wednesday (approximately 20-hours)Previous experience in a customer service or similar role, preferablyin a mental health or healthcare settingStrong interpersonal and communication skillsEmpathetic and understanding approach to client interactionsAbility to multitask, manage schedules, and troubleshoot technicalissuesProficiency with technology and software related to scheduling,communication, and video conferencingAttention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamTagged as:
