    Job Description


    Insight Global is looking for a Oracle EPM Consultant to support a support engagement with a global consulting firm in Toronto, ON.

    This person will be leading the support of Oracle EPM post go-live for a financial services end client mainly focusing on FCCS, PCMCS, and ARCS modules.

    This person must be confident in functional processes related to post go-live support including business process review, configuration, and functional maintenance and testing.

    This will be a heavily client facing role, where excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills are needed.

    The qualified candidate should be extremely comfortable working remotely and interested in creating client relationships by going onsite in Downtown Toronto occasionally.


    Required Skills and Experience:

    • 10+ years of industry experience leading support engagements or in a consulting role with Oracle software.
    • 5+ years of experience with Oracle EPM modules including FCCS, PCMCS and ARCS.

    Oracle University Certification:
    one of FCCS, PCMS, or ARCS.


    • Excellent communication and ability to collaborate with and manage expectations of stakeholders, both internal and external.
    • Adaptable and able to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment.

    Nice to Have Skills and Experience:

    • Mid-market financial services industry experience
