    Role:
    Oracle DB SupportLocation: Calgary, CanadaDuration:

    Contract Responsibilities:
    Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Oracle D2K, PL/SQL environment to do the following:Follow the internal processes to the 'T

    'Document the transitionFrom steady state:

    on a day-day basis resolve tickets within SLABe absolutely client experience focused and have a passion to identify opportunities to continuously improve our services.

    Report to Leads outside of the local region and participate in preparing/presenting status reports.
    Programming, conduct code reviews, and test software as needed, ensuring quality of deliverables.
    Assist in Documentation
    • KEDB
    • Recovery & Resolution procedures.
    Analyze business functions and data discrepancies.
    Communicate effectively with global team members and business users at all levels.
    On-call responsibility on a rotation basis is required once the candidate is up to speed.
    Work would be in Energy and manufacturing functional area.
    Flexible to work in Maintenance/Support Development ProjectsExecute various forms of testing - unit, system, regression, integration, performance, volume.
    Experience in code management and versioning methodologies.
    Be open to learn on the job and work on other technologies.
