    Description

    Budds' BMW Oakville has continued to be one of the premier dealerships in the GTA, even through the inventory difficulties of the past 3 years of limited vehicle inventory. We are a fmaily owned and operated business, who pride ourselves in client, and employee, treatment. We are looking to add the right individual to supplement our increasing sales volume. We will provide you with all of the tools required to ensure you're successful. You will bring a positive attitude and be goal/results driven. We have have an aggressive compensation plan, paid benefits, and a senior management team that is here to help you achieve your goals.

    Job Responsibilities

  • Understand and implement dealership sales process
  • Own every aspect of the sales process (from new client prospecting to vehicle delivery)
  • Present and demonstrate inventory
  • Review, update and manage daily sales reports
  • Create and execute strategies for increasing market share
  • Prepare and review monthly plans with sales leadership
  • Maintain Customer Service Index, Gross Average and monthly units to dealership standards
  • Remain up-to-date on products, market trends and certification
  • Must be familiar with Client Relationship Management (CRM) software

    • Education and/or Experience

  • Grade 12, or GED
  • Minimum 3 years of automotive sales experience, preferably in luxury sales
  • Valid drivers license
  • OMVIC certified

    • Compensation

    Aggressive sales compensation program complete with car allowance or demo, and paid company benefits.
