    Description

    Position Description:

    Le développeur .NET Spécialiste a pour responsabilité de participer au projet d'évolution et d'entretien de l'application de paie et de ressources humaines.

    RESPONSABILITÉS :

    • Contribuer à l'évolution du cadre de développement de l'application et des pratiques de l'équipe.

    • Participer au développement complet d'applications web dans le cadre de projets définis.

    • Effectuer des tests unitaires et soutenir les tests d'acceptation, ainsi que l'implantation des fonctionnalités.

    • Assurer le support et la maintenance des applications développées.

    • Estimer les efforts de réalisation des projets et contribuer à l'analyse technique orientée objet.

    • Participer à l'amélioration continue de notre framework de programmation.

    EXIGENCES :

    • Diplôme d'études collégiales ou universitaires en informatique, ou une formation équivalente.

    • Minimum de 10 années d'expérience pertinente dans le domaine du développement informatique.

    • Très à l'aise à communiquer en français à l'oral et à l'écrit.

    • Excellente capacité à travailler de manière autonome.

    • Aptitude à analyser les problèmes et à proposer des solutions tant sur le plan fonctionnel qu'architectural.

    • Curiosité naturelle et désir de comprendre en profondeur le fonctionnement des systèmes qu'il développe.

    • Bon sens de l'organisation et capacité à collaborer efficacement en équipe.

    Technologies essentielles :

    • Langage Microsoft / environnement .NET (C#, VB.NET).

    • ASP.NET (WebForms / MVC).

    • Entity Framework / Linq.

    • HTML / CSS / JavaScript / JQuery / XML / JSON.

    • SQL Server (TSQL, Reporting Services, SSIS).

    ATOUTS:

    • Expérience avec les méthodologies agiles, un atout.

    • La connaissance du domaine de la paie et des ressources humaines, un atout.

    • Web services (SOAP, WCF), un atout.
