Medical Physics Resident
Applications are being invited to fill a resident position in the radiation therapy/oncology medical physics residency program at the Cancer Centre of Southeastern Ontario at the Kingston General Hospital.
The Program operates four Truebeam linear accelerators, GE and Philips CT simulators, an Xstrahl orthovoltage unit, and a full Aria/Eclipse radiation oncology information systems/treatment planning environment.
The resident will join a strong clinical team consisting of six medical physicists, research personnel (graduate students), two physics technicians and technical support staff.
The medical physicists supervise medical physics graduate students in the Department of Physics at Queen's University.- Kingston Health Sciences Centre (KHSC) is Southeastern Ontario's largest acutecare academic hospital.
