    Take control of your own business division - synthetic grass sales;

    The ideal candidate for this challenging position will possess a minimum of 2+ years experience in a relevant sales or business development capacity. With exceptional selling techniques and negotiation skills, you possess the proven ability to close deals. Your objective is to grow our sales and projects and people.

    We offer extensive training, a competitive base salary and an excellent commission structure, depending on what you bring to the table. This position offers $50,000 salary, vehicle for company purposes, cell phone allowance, medical/dental benefits an uncapped commission opportunity

    Due to the specifics of this position, on site paid training of one month is required so you fully understand how to successfully quote a job, in addition to learning 'lean' principles as we operate all our divisions utilizing Continuous Improvement ideology. This means you will be working alongside our Foremen so you understand exactly what we do. You will be job shadowing with the owner on an agreed upon schedule.

    What we're looking for:
    • 4 year degree, preferably in business
    • A positive and tenacious attitude and an unyielding passion for success
    • Has 2+ years sales experience in an outbound position and wants to grow your career
    • Customer focused mindset
    • Exceptional time management skills-ability to 'turn on a dime'
    • An outside-the-box, proactive approach to self-generate new business through activity, referrals, social media and networks
    • A roll-up-your-sleeves, 'can do' mentality
    • Can demonstrate a past of continuous learning.
    • Clean driving record
    • Exceptional communication skills both verbally and in writing
