    Description
    We are seeking a self-motivated, innovative, and professional candidate to join our growing team as a Senior Technical Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for performing advanced technical troubleshooting for our clients. Starting salary will be negotiable and commensurate with experience.
    Following the successful completion of the candidate's probationary period, this role may be executed as a hybrid position.


    Responsibilities:
    Oversee the installation and troubleshooting of operating systems, network systems, software, and hardwareProvide Tier 3 technical support to clients, both remotely and onsiteBuild and maintain a strong rapport with our clientsAssist with creating and maintaining technical knowledge basesTravel to client sites to perform essential onsite work when needed Qualifications:University and/or college accreditation in Computer Systems Networking, Computer Systems Technician, Computer Applications, Computer Science, or related disciplineMinimum 5 years experience in a client-facing technical services roleAdvanced knowledge of networking, hardware, and softwareExcellent technical troubleshooting and critical thinking skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to prioritize and multitaskDeadline and detail-orientedAbility to work independently and as a team memberProficiency with ConnectWise an assetCandidate must have a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
