    An overview of your future role at BBA

    Join BBA andmake the most of your skills by working closely with the Director, LegalAffairs, and the team. You'll provide technical and administrative support,draft and verify contractual agreements and help manage work permits related toimmigration and foreign assignments.

    An overview of your mandates and responsibilities

  • Prepare and review a variety of documents, includingcontractual agreements.
  • Produce insurance certificates for corporate operations.
  • Help manage external consultants, namely for contractpreparation and follow-up.
  • Support the HR team in a variety of tasks, includingmanaging work permits and visas for new hires and employee assignments abroad.
  • Help manage the internal mobility process for employeeson international assignments.
  • Perform all other related tasks.

  • Diploma in paralegal studies or a related field
  • Excellent command of the MS Office Suite and ability touse other software and computer platforms
  • Ability to handle several files simultaneouslyProficient in English and French, both spoken andwritten, as the position is intended to support the firm's Canadian andinternational operations
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Organized and ability to work on a team
  • Initiative, autonomy and ability to adapt to changingpriorities
  • Asset: Knowledge of Spanish for our Chilean operations.
