ABOUT THE ROLE

· Effectively communicate with Finance and InsuranceManagers to ensure a smooth flow of operations within the Finance department.

· Process vehicle registration and pick up licenseplates.

· Process invoices, purchase orders. and expensereports.

· Ensure timely payment of bills and invoices.

· Organize and file financial documents andstatements.

· Ensure compliance with internal financial policiesand external regulations.

· Participate in training and professionaldevelopment opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

· Funding finance and lease agreements.

· Complete revenue generating projects.

· Effectively communicate with customers to set upand close deals, as well as helping with any after-sale service.

ABOUT YOU

• Must be computerliterate with an ability to use a variety of programs and quickly learn.
• Proficient withMicrosoft Word and Excel, and a basic understanding CRM.
• You have a keen eye fordetail and accuracy, ensuring that financial transactions are recordedcorrectly.
• You possess stronganalytical skills and can analyze financial data to identify trends,discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
• You have strong verbaland written communication skills, allowing you to effectively communicate withcustomers and Finance and Insurance Managers.
• You have a growthmindset and are continuously innovating and developing your skills.
• You thrive in anenvironment that supports collaboration and respect.
• You thrive in anorganized environment and can effectively manage multiple tasks andpriorities while meeting deadlines.
