    Description

    Are you based in South Africa ? Do you have a passion for providing exceptional customer service? Callnovo is seeking some highly skilled and motivated individuals to join our team as English Customer Service Representative for our E-commerce account specializing in 3C accessories products.

    Responsibilities:

    — Provide outstanding customer service to English-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat
    — Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and product information
    — Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
    — Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
    — Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
    — Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns

    Requirements:

    — Fluent English (verbal and written)
    — At least one year customer service experience
    — Excellent communication skills and ability to empathize with customers
    — Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
    — Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of customer interactions
    — Flexibility to work 8 to 10 hours per day, including evenings, weekends

    Nice to Have:

    — Previous experience in an E-commerce environment
    — Experience in 3C related products
    — Familiarity with CRM systems
