    Description

    We are currently looking for an experienced and motivated sales professional to join our Southwest Ontario team as an Outside Sales Representative.

    The selected candidate will work to ensure the best possible customer experience selling construction building supplies (e.g., drywall, insulation, roofing supplies, waterproofing and other) to builders and contractors (long-term and new customers).

    Maintain existing contacts, develop new customers, and expand Watson's reach in the building material supply market.
    ~(Promote and sell full line of building material products to a range of clients including new and existing contractors, builders, general contractors, and developers.
    ~ Track jobs in assigned sales territory.
    ~ Collections and delinquent account management.
    ~ Regularly report on progress to senior management.
    ~ Follow all regulations and company policies and procedures.
    ~ All other duties as directed by the Branch Sales Manager.

    2-3 years of experience in the construction/ building materials industry and detailed product knowledge or 2-3 years' experience as a sales representative.

    ~ Dynamic, results driven individual with proven ability to develop and capitalize on sales leads.
    ~ Detailed knowledge of reporting tools and intermediate level computer skills.
    ~ Salary- $55,000 - $65,000 + Sales Commission.
