    Role Information
    • Customer Relationship Management
      • Build and nurture strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
      • Regularly check in with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth.
    • Customer Feedback and Issue Resolution
      • Collect and report customer feedback to enhance products, services, and sales processes.
      • Handle customer complaints or issues promptly, collaborating with other departments for resolutions.
      • Create detailed account plans focusing on customer needs, service enhancements, sales strategies, and expansion possibilities.
    • Lead Generation and Prospecting
      • Discover and assess new sales leads through different channels like cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.
      • Follow up on incoming leads from marketing efforts.
    • Sales Growth
      • Engage in the sales proposal development processes.
      • Recognize opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services.
      • Devise strategies to boost sales in designated accounts.
    • Sales Pipeline Management
      • Monitor and update the sales pipeline via CRM software, ensuring accurate documentation of all interactions.
      • Track progress against sales targets and quotas.
    • Sales Calls and Communication
      • Execute outbound sales calls to potential customers to introduce and advertise products or services.
      • Respond promptly to inbound queries, offering detailed information and addressing concerns.
    • Product Presentations and Demos
      • Generate and deliver captivating product presentations and demos to prospects and existing customers.
      • Customize presentations to tackle the specific needs of each prospect.
    • Market and Product Knowledge
      • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities.
      • Regularly update knowledge about the company's offerings.
    • Reporting and Performance Metrics
      • Create regular reports on account management, sales activities, pipeline status, and achieved results.
      • Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for enhancement.
    • Growth and Improvements
      • Support other business development, sales, and marketing processes.
      Requirements and Skills
      • Required: BSc or BA in business, marketing, or related field.
      • Excellent communication and presentation skills with a strong ability to establish relationships.
      • Outstanding oral and written communication abilities.
      • Experience in market and product research and analysis.
      • Proficiency in managing RFP processes and proposals.
      • Strong project management capabilities.
      • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
      • Familiarity with business development and sales strategies.
      • Adept at handling multiple projects concurrently and meeting deadlines.
      • Ability to align customer requirements with organizational capabilities and identify gaps.
      • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
      • Vehicle, driver's license, and willingness to travel as needed.
