Description
We are looking for a seasoned, senior level Maintenance Manager to lead a smaller crew on-site at our heavy industrial facility in the lower mainland region.
You bring to the table an extensive background in proven leadership having worked in a senior maintenance role previously and you have experience dealing with unionized workplaces.
You will lead by example and be responsible for managing and overseeing the facility with a focus on safety to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity of people, operations and equipment under your charge.
You bring strong hands-on mechanical and technical expertise and will be available to guide, advise and jump in to help if needed.
You have a background in mobile heavy equipment mechanics, electrical and or mechanical engineering.You will be involved in hiring, training and developing those on your team as well as lead strategy and best practices to optimize productivity output.
Your strong business acumen, forward thinking mentality and strong work ethic will instill confidence in your team around as well as your peers as you help move the organization in the right direction.
