- Overseeing all aspects of each project, including team formation, role assignment, resource planning, and budget management.
- Collaborating closely with sales coordinators to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conducting regular team meetings to assess project status, make necessary adjustments, and drive toward desired outcomes.
- Preparing and deliver project reports on a regular basis.
- Possessing the flexibility to travel to and work on-site under various conditions, prioritizing safety and expertise in our solutions and installation techniques.

- 2-3 years of project management experience, within construction or civil engineering field.

- Support sales staff as needed, participating in strategy meetings, and attending all relevant project and site meetings.
