- Bachelor's degree / associates' degree / or certification in business, civil, engineering, or mechanics
- A valid mechanical discipline Journeyperson Certificate or an Interprovincial Red Seal Journeyperson Certificate
- Occupational health and safety certification
- Project management professional (PMP) designation
- National construction safety certification (NCSO)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in supervision or field coordination in a multi-discipline mechanical trade environment
- Experience conducting safety or incident investigations
- Monday - Thursday
- 7:00am - 5:00pm Mountain Standard Time
- 10 hours per day
- Proficient in a variety of computer software applications including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access).
- Outstanding technical, decision-making and analytical skills
- Demonstrated management capabilities (thorough understanding of planning requirements, ability to plan and meet deadlines, ability to manage and allocate resources effectively and efficiently, understanding of safety requirements related to field activities).

Position Key Tasks
· Assist in financial planning for the facilities maintenance department
· Submit financial information to the Finance Department to generate reports as required
· Assist Finance Department with financial analysis as required

· Monitor contractor health & safety performance
· Create and update resource loaded schedules
