    Client Profile Our client, a reputable Toronto firm is currently looking for an Accounting Clerk. Mid-sized law firm offering services in a wide range of legal practices.

    • Office located in Toronto's Financial District
    Process cheque deposits and credit card payments;

    • Maintain database for accounting records;
    • Manage all conflict checks and oversee the VISA transactions and reconcile;
    • Handle monthly bank reconciliations for trust & general accounts;
    • Prepare prebills and final client accounts; 4+years of Accounting experience in a law firm;
    • Accountingrelated diploma or degree;
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel,
