    Description

    Leon Cycle e-Bikes - Digital IT Solution Manager

    Join the Leon Cycle team, a renowned e-bike business established in Germany in 2014 with a global presence across Europe, North America, and APAC. We offer a diverse range of e-bike models, from mountain bikes to folding e-bikes, trekking e-bikes, and step-thru e-bikes, available through our online platform, E-Commerce sites, dealers, and retail stores worldwide.

    Job Description:

    • Manage and plan business applications for optimal operations
    • Identify and implement suitable applications to enhance efficiency
    • Develop and oversee various business applications focusing on Marketing & Sales, e-commerce, App, POS, Website, CRM, BI
    • Ensure IT projects meet business needs within set timelines and budget
    • Translate business requirements into system designs and solutions
    • Hands-on involvement in information gathering, designing, testing, and maintaining e-commerce platforms
    • Ensure application security compliance with legal regulations such as GDPR
    • Collaborate with teams to align solutions with business objectives

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
    • Minimum 10 years of experience in a relevant role
    • Proficiency in Java, PHP, JavaScript/HTML/CSS
    • Strong knowledge of ERP, CRM, and other business platforms
    • Experience in retail applications development, e-commerce, CRM, POS, and store portals
    • Excellent project management and analytical skills
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and collaborate effectively
