    JOB DESCRIPTION

    Description:

    Our client is a trusted contractor with partnerships across Canada and abroad. They are looking for 1-2 civil QAQC inspectors to join them at the Airproducts expansion project just north of Sherwood Park. They have been awarded the concrete scope of the project which will run from Mid-March to December however this position could go longer. This will be a fast paced project and the selected candidates need to have been in a fast paced environment previously.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications:

    MUST HAVE

    2-3 years Civil concrete experience specifically with mass pours/pedestals/slabs/walls/curbs/machinery base or blocks/backfill and compaction

    Experience with concrete pre-pour inspection experience – rebar, forms, anchor bolt placement

    Experience concrete placing & curing

    Experience with post pour inspections

    Ability to manage the associated quality records (ITPs and NCRs)

    Excellent time and paperwork management

    experience receiving materials

    CSTS 20

    Experience with CSA23.1, 23.2

    Most recent WHIMIS

    MS Office

    Nice to have -

    Piling inspection experience

    Experience handling compliance issues

    Excellent communication skills (will be client facing)

    Experience Level:

    Expert Level
