    Air-tek is a Canadian-based software company focused on modernizing the airline industry and dealing with its most essential and valuable issues.

    Our diverse team is helping to automate the most critical operations processes within airlines to ensure that millions of passengers seamlessly arrive at their destination, even in the event of flight disruptions.

    Our software has been in production for over seven years.

    It is deployed at some of the largest and fastest-growing airlines worldwide, giving them some of the most significant increases in efficiencies and customer satisfaction they have seen in years.

    Some airlines are saving over $100 million annually from one of our products.

    Through the pandemic, airlines have faced increasing operational challenges driving even greater interest in our unique suite of products.

    Although our global customers know us, we intentionally operate in stealth mode during this growth phase.

    But it is no secret that our team shares a collective passion for solving complex problems, a drive to innovate, and a desire to create the passenger-centric travel industry.

    As we continue to scale and execute our vision for the airline industry, we are looking for talented people with project management experience to join our delivery team.

    Lead a variety of large and complex customer projects, including new customer implementations, upgrades, and additional product rollouts.
    Report project status to various levels of company and client management.
    Identify potential project scope changes and handle the resulting discussions.
    Identify risks to the success of the project and ensure appropriate actions are taken.

    Create and distribute key project documents, in conjunction with other teams, for project milestones such as kick-off, discovery, testing, client acceptance, go-live, handover to support.

    Contribute to continuous improvement of our delivery framework.

    Several years of technical project management experience
    Experience with enterprise software implementations, including systems integration
    Foundational understanding of important enterprise software technologies, such as database systems, message queueing systems, APIs
    Relentless commitment to delivery timelines and quality standards. ability to present confidently to senior management, including client executives
    Able to adapt to unexpected changes, adjust the plan, and help others adjust without becoming overly frustrated
    Airline industry experience is an asset, but not required provided you are willing and able to learn
